Buoyed by the acquisition of NUMERIC Brand, by Legrand, this was the first full year of operation for Numeric under Legrand. Numeric and Legrand brands together present the opportunity to offer most of the electrical infrastructure under one roof. Numeric brand keeping their current network, product catalogues, sales teams, commercial teams and technical development teams and the launch of new products, and focus on growing the market backed by the pan India sales and service network. Numeric UPS was adjudged the SD's No. 1 Power Electronic Company of the Year for the Twenty Second Straight Year. The total turnover of the company was 651.10 crores up from 591.60 crores in 2012-2013, a growth of nearly 10.06% over previous year. (Probably due to things settling down under new management.) Numeric’s are also the undisputed king of Online UPSs out of 560.40 crores of total turnover, Online UPS accounted for over 651.10 crores which enabled it to win the coveted SD’s No. 1 Online UPS Manufacturer of the year award by a huge margin. The company which only since last few years have ventured into Line-interactive (Inline) UPS manufacturing, topped that list too claiming the coveted SD’s No. 1 Offline/Line-interactive UPS Manufacturer of the year award with sales amounting to 90.70 crores.

Numeric brings a wide range of world class power conditioning products addressing the total spectrum of power protection needs meeting International specification conforming UL / CE with RoHS compliance. The company has ISO 14001:2004 certification from BVQI and Numeric is also the only UPS company to have SA 8000 certification to its credit. Overwhelming response provided to the Numeric products is due to the very high quality and highest service standards setup by its 262 branches/service centres in India and Eight world class manufacturing units located in Chennai, Pondicherry, Parvanoo and Colombo in Sri Lanka manned by 2142 personnel. This helps Numeric stay close to their customers. Major projects executed this year include SBI, BOB, Vijaya Bank, Indian Bank. LIC of India, PNB, IOB cooperation Bank, HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, Karur Vysya, United Bank of India, UCO & Dena bank to name a few. For Numeric, the target area this year has been Call centers / ISPs, process industry and IT industry with major call centre installation being at Solaris, R R Dollelley, Sify Technologies, Happiest Minds Technology, New Magic IT Services, Quseient Techologies India to name of few.
