Has acquired Megatech & Neowatt both Pune based companies, where as Megatech was known for its Solar capabilities while Neowatt is know for its UPS and customized offerings & import substitutions like static switches etc. & high-end import offerings of UPSs from Borri for power continuity solutions. This are new development in 2014, the results of which will be visible in coming years.
